SHIPPING POLICY — MediTime

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Customs and Import Fees
MediTime ships internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at meditime@hotmail.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
